Implementation Success Managers work closely with district leaders and instructional coaches to plan and deliver curriculum-based professional learning that’s practical, timely, and tied to real classroom work. That support shows up in:
- Professional learning sessions that model and rehearse instructional strategies
- Ongoing support for leaders and coaches to deliver consistent messaging, deepen practice, and adapt as needed across schools
- Optional coaching and office hours that provide responsive, just-in-time support for those leading the work
