LaKethia began her journey as an educator as a Teach for America corps member in Brooklyn, NY. Later, she was a founding teacher of three schools before becoming a teacher leadership coach for the New York City Department of Education, where she led teacher teams through rounds of inquiry and action research.

To grow her skills as a leader, she earned an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership. LaKethia's enthusiasm for inquiry as a vehicle for learning grew as a finalist in the New Venture Fund and XQ new school competitions. She joined the inquirED team in 2021 to marry her passions for coaching and inquiry.

Hannah Berkowitz is a 5th-Grade teacher at Jane Stenson Elementary. Hannah began her teaching career nine years ago and has since taught 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grades.

Her commitment to equity and engagement led her to pursue a master's degree in teaching elementary mathematics, deepening her ability to design meaningful, accessible math experiences for all students. Hannah's passion for inquiry-based learning expanded through her work as a professional development facilitator with inquirED, where she supports educators in bringing curiosity, voice, and agency into their classrooms.
